In the erection and dismantling of timing chain and sprocket, should grasp the following points:

(3) rotation curve turn, made the first 1 cylinder piston in compression BDC position, align the camshaft and crankshaft timing marks on the sprocket, as shown in figure 1 shows. (4) dismantling the camshaft sprocket bolts on, take down timing chain and sprocket camshaft .
(5) if need to replace the crankshaft sprocket, applied to pull device dismantling the sprocket. Install the new sprocket, should will chains and chain slot alignment, prevent loosening.
(6) will timing chain installation in the camshaft sprocket, fixed sprocket, make chain suspension, aimed at the camshaft and crankshaft timing marks on the sprocket. Will the positioning pin hole sprocket with high positioning pin hole alignment, again the sprocket installed in the camshaft. The camshaft sprocket bolt tightened torque for 20N m..
(7) with engine oil lubricating timing sprocket and chain.
(8) cranking two laps, check engine timing marker whether alignment. If the timing marker without alignment, should press the above procedure to operate.
